    The people I spoke with were all very kind and supportive however they were not able to help. Our business line has been receiving numerous wrong number calls from people trying to call various other businesses. Tmobile (611) told me to call (411) who told me my company is not even listed on (411) and then (411) told me to call tech service and tech service told me to call customer care at (611). I spoke with a supervisor at (611) who was not able to help. Everyone was pleasant however no one wanted to stay the course with me to help get this issue resolved. Everyone seemed to want to get my problem off of their plate so to speak because they didn’t immediately know an answer and were unwilling to stay and help work through the issue to resolution.
