This airline basically flies to the Caribbean, North America, Central America and South America from its base at Piarco International Airport.   1. I just got off of flight bw414 from Kingston Jamaica to Nassau Bahamas. Unpacking my bag I discover that someone unlock my bag my watch and my chain wear missing from my jewelry case I would like to know how I go about getting back my stolen items from my suitcase .

  2. My son travel the 2nd of September from JFK to Jamaica at 2:10 amwith air hostess . He did not come out with his bag pack. They said they can’t find it. He has a tablet that was in the bag. So where is the bag? I’m so disappointed and angry right now. They are not helping to locate the bag

  3. Good night I have booked a ticket and I didn’t receive a email as yet and I also would like to booked a ticket for my son he’s under the age of 12

  4. On October 29 my mother was traveling from St. Vincent to Trinidad where she was denied access to board her flight for whatever reason I don’t know. And then had to turn around and buy another ticket with a different airline to get the Trinidad And then dealing with customer service some of them have the most nasty attitude
